    Hi All,

    I'm using following request:

    http://dev.virtualearth.net/REST/v1/Locations?o=xml&q=Montreal, QUEBEC, CA&key={key}

    I recieve two records:

    1)  Montreal, QC
    Latitude = 45.512401580810547
    Longitude = -73.554679870605469

    2) Montréal, QC
    Latitude = 45.521587371826172
    Longitude = -73.684814453125

    As you can see these results are different (names and lat/lon). Do you know how to reduce the number of results to one (but not by using parameter maxResults)?

    I have also this issue in other coutries like Poland, Germany... In US everything is working fine - always one result.

    If should I ask this questions somewhere else, please let me know.

    Thanks

    Pgan

    This was raised one another thread already. This is a multiple entry that will be corrected in a future data update. Both entries are valid, I recommend just choosing the first one.

    I haven't been informed of a timeline for this yet. Note that releases are normally not made publically known.
