    Hi,

Are there any changes that could affect central London post code searches recently done?

To be more specific we are using "http://dev.virtualearth.net/REST/v1/Locations/..". Previous when we used to pass the post code "W1", "SW1", "WC1", "WC2", "EC1" etc. we used to get results. Now, it does not return anything. Our clients started complaining this issue. Could you please see if there is a quick fix for this? Thanks.

    Regards,

    Uday

Whereas the pattern {alpha}{alpha}{number} generally represents a postal district, high density London postal districts are subdivided and require an extra {alpha} on the end. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/London_postal_district#High_density_districts for a list (which includes all the examples you mention).

So, the examples you give are not valid postal districts, which is why they're not being geocoded. To geocode one of these you need to supply the full postal district - WC1A, WC2N, for example.
