Report a bing map search keyword issue

Hi folks,

I'd like to report a bing map search issue. Please kindly help me forward to right dl or team in case it's not the right place to report. A friend of mine is working for a hotel Grand Hyatt Beijing China, and most of their customers are from U.S.A. So having support in global bing map is very important to them. But a funny issue is that,

I played around for this, and found out that “Grand Hyatt Beijing” is indeed registered in global bing map! But the problem is that I can only get to it thru key word “Beijing grand hyatt” instead of “grand hyatt beijing”. The hotel name is INDEED "Grand Hyatt Beijing" and according to my friend, key word “grand hyatt beijing” is the most common used. Is this behavior a bug or something?

On the http://bing.com/maps page, click the "Feedback" link at the bottom left. From there you can choose to report a problem finding a business on the map.

Hi,

What I want to point out is, I try the "FEEDBACK" many times and bing map NEVER reply me about this issue.

Would you please help to check again what is happening? It is really a disappointing service.

GIS data in China has a lot of restrictions and as such we have a seperate Bing Maps control for China which is available here: http://cn.bing.com/ditu/. In regards to the feedback button, this is a one way feedback link as it is not a support service. There are Enterprise support services available for Bing Maps customers who have contracts for the service. Also note that the Bing.com/maps site is a consumer site which is not the same as the Bing Maps controls. These forums are not meant to answer questions regarding that site.
