Bing Maps for Pakistan?

Hello Everybody,
Not sure if I'm posting this in the correct part the forum, but any ways I was wondering whether or not the BING Map developers will be releasing a full map (roads, buildings, motorways, airports etc.) of Pakistan and if so when? For the past 2 years we've been helping Google Maps develop Pakistan using Google Map Maker and it's now become one of the most mapped countries in the world. I was wondering, what BING Maps is doing about. I've been patient for a while, but it's been almost 2 years now and still no change.
The reason this has got my attention is because our very intelligent Pakistan Telecommunication Authority for some reason has banned Google Maps my accident (it's banned YouTube over that movie). Not sure why they did that.
I think Pakistan is the only country with above 25 million internet users where BING Maps has not been fully developed. Meanwhile countries like Poland, Argentina (all with significantly less internet users) have BING Maps fully operational. Even Sri Lanka (a country of ~16 million) is fully mapped along side India.
I hope someone will be able to give me an answer.
Thanks.

I understand your frustration but please understand that the number of internet users does not determine were best to focus our development efforts. Release plans are not normally made available on the forums. In regards to Pakistan, there are a large number of geopolitical issues that currently prevent us from releasing a full update for this country. These geopolitical issues are actually sever enough that we do not sell Bing Maps licenses in Pakistan. (There are a number of other countries where we do not sell Bing Maps licenses for similar reasons).
