Bing Maps menu/link missing

In the www.bing.com is missing menu MAPS

Keep in mind that I'm using the Italy version of BING that point to http://it.bing.com/

This is on purpose. Not all Bing search pages have a link to the maps page. This is controlled by the Bing search team in each country and they add the link as they see fit. I suggest using the feedback button on the bottom of the http://it.bing.com/ page.
