How can I extract the user's master key?

I need to know that Is there any way that I can extratct the users masterkey,

which is used to encrypt the private key files. ? I am the administratpr of the machine,

and I know all the passphrases, I dont need to bruteforce, but I want to understand the

procedure of how the private key file is encrypted... Plzzz Plzz help me...
