connect a sql server database with sap bo

Question

Hi Dear All,

i have a query that connect  a database sql server2005 with sap bo .

But it is showing some error like server is not responding.

Then i made a DSN but in the data source it is not available.

But in that also i got an error like connection failed SQL state '01000'

SQL server error:53

so please help me out from this
