hi,

 I am using vs2.0 sp1 and back-end server db2 9.7(fixpack1).I am getting the following error if am installing db2 9.7 (fixpack4).

 

Could not load type 'System.DateTimeOffset' from assembly 'mscorlib, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089'.

Above error is coming only when am using db2provider.if am using oledb provider above error is not coming.

can any one give a solution to resolve this issue?
