Disk space issue in D: drive.

Question

Shall I delete the download folder in the proxy location to clear up the space. the exacact location is below:

D:\Program Files\Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2010\Application Tier\Web Services\_tfs_data\229fd682-e71a-4950-91ab-8894c7efee4f\Proxy\
