How to recover a deleted file on windows phone 7.

Hi All,

I have a HTC windows phone 7.

On which i have mistakenly deleted a video file which I recorded by using Phone Camera.

This file is really important for me.

Please suggest, Is there any way to recover it on Windows phone 7?

Any utility paid or free which can help to resolve the issue or any possible way.

Is there Recycle bin or trash folder in Windows Phone 7? If yes then how to acces it?

Please Help to resolve the issue.
