    Where can I please find the WSDL.EXE I have the full VS2008 Installed.

      I have VS2008 installed and this file is present at following location.

      C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0A\bin

        Strange enough.
        I have that folder, but the wsdl program is not there !?
        I need to create a proxy from a given .wsdl file.
        So what is the suggestion?

          You can repair / reinstall vs (I think you need to make sure the sdk tools are being installed) or install the sdk.
