Wednesday, June 20, 2012 6:03 PMDid you try removing the Password argument? Based upon your connection string it appears you are opening a free table directory.

I don't know if this will resolve your issue but I believe the connection string keyword should be "Data Source" instead of "Dat Source".

Hi vikas,
Does this issue have been resolved yet? If not then please update the latest status for us and we could do more further help with you.
Also you should get a try to refine your code against the advises from Paul and Dan.
