System.Data.1 ETW provider missing - how to restore?

I am not able to find the System.Data.1 ETW provider for ADO.NET on my Windows 7 machine.
As far as I know it should be installed with the .NET Framework. I have .NET 3.5 and 4.0 installed, 64 bit and 32 bit.
Is there a way to troubleshoot / re-register the providers?
Best,
Mike
The output of "logman query providers" is here: https://docs.google.com/a/leanserver.com/document/pub?id=1zWYnQtHvVDxaXTV0ltCB5htuUNAB_CTIa0fPUQUf-MA.

Hi Mike Volodarsky,
Welcome to MSDN Forum.
Based on this issue, I suggest you to run the .NEt Framework varification tool to see whether he installed framework 4.0 and 3.5 successfully.

Hi Allen,
Thanks for getting back!
We are still working though a couple issues with the System.Data.1 provider.
I was able to restore the MOF manually compiling the adonetdiag.mof.
Is there a way I can connect with you or someone from the System.Data team over email to work through our issues?
My email address is: mike_AT_leanserver.com.
Best,
Mike
