EditorialApiFaultDetail when updating param1

Question

I'm submitting an UpdateKeywordsRequest on a Disapproved Keyword, trying to change the landing url. I'm just submitting the Keyword Id and param 1. I'm getting back an EditorialApiFaulDetail, code 1397 "The given data failed some editorial checks.". It seems to me like this operation should succeed. I know the Keyword is disapproved and I'm not trying to change that, I just want to be able to change the param1 value. Can the editorial check be removed from this type of update?

You might want to create a support ticket for this so we can verify. In the meantime, can you delete and re-add the keyword?
