CashBackInfo on campaign and adgroup levels

Hi,

If I want to set a CashBackInfo on the campaign level only, should I just set the value to null on the adgroups and the keywords?

Yes, in V6 of the API, a NULL property value implies inherit from the parent object if a value exists.
