Download MSDN Library for Visual Basic 6

    Question

  • Hi there,

I was reading that the MSDN Library is now available for download and that you don't need to be a subscriber to get it.  Is this correct and if so where can I download it from.

Other question I have is:  does the internet version of the MSDN on the Microsoft site do the job just as well or are you better having it plugged into your visual studio?

    regards

  • Hi Aladiw, the MSDN Library 2008 SP1 can be downloaded at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=7bbe5eda-5062-4ebb-83c7-d3c5ff92a373 (Found that link through google). And the MSDN online has a few advantages: - always up to date - Community content available (e.g. comments of community) But the offline content is also very nice, because it does not require internet access and offers a nice index. With kind regards, Konrad

  • Do you have the link for the VB 6 MSDN library?  The one above is for 2008 SP1.
