Access 2010 Throwing DB Too Large Error Although Query Runs Fine In Access 2007 / Set Warnings Off AutoExec Macro Not Running Correctly

Seems I've encounter the 2 issues noted in the title... It is very unfortunate since I would love to leverage the new software & hardware....
