Access Service in Sharepoint 2013, Configuration and Creating Access Apps.

Hello All,
I am facing following Issue while creating Apps using Access 2013 on Sharepoint 2013.

Hi Krunal,
As a test, I would recommend trying to take Access out of the picture. I would check to see if the user can create a basic SharePoint app. If they cannot, the people on the SharePoint forums would be much better able to assist. If you find the problem is only with Access, I would recommend opening up a support case with us so we can investigate.
