Access Service in Sharepoint 2013, Configuration and Creating Access Apps.

Question

Hello All, 

I am facing following Issue while creating Apps using Access 2013 on Sharepoint 2013.

Here System Account Has full permission, this user is administrator user of Access Service application and also Farm Administrator and site collection administrator of Web Application.

Still i am getting this problem. Please respond as soon as possible.

Hi Krunal,

As a test, I would recommend trying to take Access out of the picture.  I would check to see if the user can create a basic SharePoint app.  If they cannot, the people on the SharePoint forums would be much better able to assist.  If you find the problem is only with Access, I would recommend opening up a support case with us so we can investigate.
