I just updaed my computors with windows 8, i lost my microsoft 2007, i put in my discs, bu it will not allow me to put in code, can you help

Welcome to the MSDN forum.
I am unaware of any product named "microsoft ultimate 2007". Do you mean office 2007 with sp3? If this is the case, have you tried to install the office 2007 onto Windows 8? Only put the installation package in the disk will not work in my humble opinion.

Perhaps you need to check with Microsoft. For Office 2007 the versions available are:

You didn't lose them -- what you lost was the start menu that let you start the applications.
You need to click on the Desktop metro icon. Then click on the explorer icon on the taskbar and find:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office12In there you will find your office products.
