answer to thank

Question

Clicking "answer" to thank a post - [e-mail] -  gets Postmaster  "address restricted" Tried variations but nothing  "sent".  Why???

Take the following steps and see the result.

1. You grab the corners of the window and drag it to the screen size which you want. Do not use Maximize. Close all other windows first via the Taskbar and can this one last. Windows will remember the size of window on last exit. 
2. Right click IE shortcut and select properties. Under the 'Run' drop-down, choose “Maximized”.
