Hi cristina,

I have been watching this issue for a while now. And I found it was not in English. According to the translation from Google, I suppose you want to get the registration key for Visual Studio Express edition.

Generally speaking, if you have already registered and you click the Register option in the Help menu it should say something like "This product is already registered." in a popup window. If you have not registered, the window shows a message, a link, and a text box. After you click the link you will be directed to sign-in to your Microsoft account.  After you sign-in you are directed to a quick questionnaire, click the submit button at the bottom of this questionnaire. The last page you get directed to is a thank you message. This message also contains you registration key.
 
If you are working with VS2008 express and the problem still exists after the above steps, please try to download VS2008 Express offline package. It will register VS2008 Express automatically. To download the offline package, I recommend this link: http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/en-us/products/2008-editions/express. On the page, click "All-Offline Install ISO image file" edition below "DOWNLOAD VISUAL STUDIO 2008 EXPRESS", and then select the language for it. Finally, click "FREE DOWNLOAD" button at the right hand to download it.

Tienes que ir a ayuda(Help) y Registra Producto(Register Product) en el ?(main menu).  Cuando se abra la ventanita, va ver un ?(link) para registar ahora(register now) y le ases click ayi.  Sieges todas las paginas, va ver un questinario, y despues una pagina de gracias.  La pagina de gracias tiene la clave de registra.  Haces una copia y regrasa Visual Studio->main menu->ayuda->Registra.  ?(paste) tu clave in la cajita de texto(textbox) y planas ?(enter).
