I am working in a Windows Server Terminal Server 2008 (Enterprise Edition) environment and I get this "Runtime Error": Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library.

Here's the path and full error message: "Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\ART\Office\MSACESS.EXE". This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

If OK is clicked, the program is terminated but with an option to recover the document.

    Hi Jale01,

I'm moving this thread to "Off-Topic" forum, since this issue is not related to Visual C++. And I would suggest you refer to Sheng Jiang's suggestion.

    Best Regards,
    Nancy
