There is a forum for VS Express registration here.

    Hi ISA35,

According to your description and Sheng Jiang's suggestion, I'd like to move this thread to "Installing and Registering Visual Studio Express Editions Forum" for better support where more experts live.

Thanks for your understanding and active participation in the MSDN Forum.

    Best regards,

    Hi ISA35,

    Welcome to MSDN forum.

Could you please tell me what is your problem? You can’t register your Visual C++ Express online?

If so ,this problem was probably caused by your network or web browser settings. I recommend you set Internet Explorer as your default web browser first. Then you can try these suggestions:

    1.    Make sure your internet proxy settings are configured correctly.

    2.    Try resetting all the IE security settings to default (even if it's not your default browser).

I strongly recommend you change another computer or another network environment to have an attempt.

    Hope it helps.

    Best regards,
