VERY URGENT - Visual C# 2008 Express Edition with SP1 - ENU has encountered a problem

Question

recently i started to learn in high-school and im learning C# in class so i need the Visual C# Application installed on my PC.

im trying to install Visual C# 2008 Express Edition and get the following error :

 

Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition with SP1 - ENU has encountered a problem during setup. Setup did not complete correctly.
 

i've been reading a thread regarding this problem exactly : http://forums.microsoft.com/msdn/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=3816131&SiteID=1

 

yet it didnt help me that much...i've tried everything written there and i guess i just did something wrong or that this error can happen in multiple cases.

anyway all the info u need is write there in that thread except that im trying to install C# (yet i tried to install C++ too by accident and the same error happened there too).

i used the MSIINV application and i didnt find an application like he had there :

Hello,

        From the information you offered, I think we could not tell the exact root cause of your issue.   You know, hundreds of problems might cause the installation issues.   So, I guess we need some more information like the setup log files to troubleshoot and narrow down the problem.  

        Would you please use this collection utility to get the whole setup and error log to us?  Upload the file %TEMP%\vslogs.cab to some server and offer us the URL.   You could easily sign up for 5GB free space at http://skydrive.live.com only with your Live Passport.

I'm realy dissapointed, how such a simply thing as "installing a software" can be such a problem.
