Visual C++ Express Setup Error

hello
when i download C++ the setup says "you do not have sufficient privileges to run this application"
what is this please help me

Could you please let me know your OS?
I recommend you run setup.exe as administrator. To do so: Right click>>Run as administrator.
If it does not work, I recommend you try to temporarily lower or disable User Account Control (UAC) on the computer and try to install the program and check if you can run the program. Later re-enable or change the UAC settings after running the program.

I recommend you create a new user account with administrator privileges. Then login the new account and try to start the installation.
