VC 9.0 runtime (x86) download error

Question

I am having trouble downloading Visual Studio 2010 Express.  After a minute or so after the restart it says that there was an error downloading the VC 9.0 Runtime and does not attempt the other downloads.

My computer has Windows 7 and a Core i3.  Please any help with this will be great!

Please download this package and install it manually
