Error 32003 when I install VisualC++ 2008

I try to install Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition, but when it's more than half, I have this message:
"Error 32003.File 'C:\Programmi\Microsoft Visual 9.0\Common7\Tools\vsvars32.bat' could not be opened for write. Retry or Cancel"
Retry don't solve so I need to cancel the installation.
Well, I know there's another post with the same problem, but those answers don't work for me.
So anyone have new solutions or idea?.
I have Windows XP with the newer patch and update, and I have already installed VisualC#, VisualWeb and VisualBasic 2008 EE, without problem.
Thanks

Hi,
Try the following steps taken from a former discussion:

I just make this information easier so people can understand it.
Step 1:
Go to My Computer
Step 2:
Move your cursur(mouse) to the File Edit View Favorites Tools Help shown on the top of address bar and the back button.
Step 3:
Go to Tools and click Folder Options...
Step 4:
Go to the View tab / Advance Settings:
Step 5:
Go to the very bottom and you would see Use simple file sharing (Recommended)
Uncheck it.
Click OK
Step 6:
Go to your Microsoft Visual Studio 8 Folder in Program Files
Step 7:
Locate the file you had problem with for example (vsvars32.dat, sdkvars.bat, etc.)
Step 8:
Right Click on the file and go to Properties and go to the Security Tab.
Step9:
Find your user name and check the box in the Write / Allow section.
Click OK
Setup Finish!!!
I hope this information would help you. When you encounter this error, do not click on "cancel"; finish the above steps and then click on "retry".

Thanks, I knew that post but it's not work for me
The file is signed as “only read” but I not allowed to modify it, even if I'm the administrator of my own pc.
I have tried to modify that proprieties from the folder's proprieties, but I've not right to touch vsvars32.bat.
I check the file with Unlocker: it says the file it was used by nothing but it can move or copy it.
It's strange because that file it was create by the install process and when I cancel it, after the error message, the process delete it.
