I have received my registration key:
But trying to open the product and enter the key will not let me continue.Asked me to request a key ( again ?)Something is wrongThanks and regards

Hi Carlos,
Welcome to the MSDN.
You can try reinstalling Visual Studio as it sounds like a file may be corrupted. After you reinstall, try the product key again to see if it works correctly. If that doesn't work, try receiving a new product key. And if worst comes to worst, you may have an Operating System issue where you would need to reinstall your current version of Windows.
