Replaceing the system disk when it is found unhealthy

Question

My WHS has notified me that my system HDD is unhealthy but it is still working at present.  I have three 500 GB HDD's installed.  How do I replace the HDD.  Is it possible to remove this unhealthy drive and put it into another computer and clone it onto a new drive and then put the new cloned drive back into the WHS.

if the dirve agednt says its unhealthy its time to dump data somewhere else and get a new one
dont clone the dirve nad tyr to reuse it it will only do the same again you can however go and garab a program that will create an iso file for e contents of the drive to place them all back onthe new one, but make sure it assigns itself the same dirve letter or none of the prgrams will wrok, also if this is the boot drive do this now dont wait, onnce a driv eis unhealthy it usually does not last very long
