QuestionSourceSafe integration in Access 2000 within a VM [problem]

    Hi there,

I have a problem with the integration of MS Source Safe into MS Access 2000 within a VM. First i have installed the Access 2000. Afterwards I have installed the SourceSafe 6.0d (Build 9848). SourceSafe alone works fine. But I am missing the integration in Access (the entry in the context menu). Furthermore, I´ve installed the Service Pack SP6German für SourceSafe. But everything is the same, no integration in Access. Next I have tried another FP for SourceSafe. After installation, i have Build 31222. But all the same :(

Of course I have created a SourceSafe Database on a server and thus, the connection works fine. I have also put an test-version of an *.mdb into the database within the SourceSafe Software. Works also fine.

in short words :) what do I have to do to make VSS usable within Access 2000.

Thanks for your help in advance
    Best regards

    Mario

The VSTO forum specifically supports the VSTO technology, which does not include MS Access. The forum's Please Read First message explains what VSTO is, what the forum supports, and provides links to venues for non-VSTO, office-related questions. I recommend you ask in the newsgroup that specializes in Access. Unforunately, there is no forum to which I can move this message; Office applications are supported only in the newsgroup interface - I have to drop it in the off-topic forum.
