Windows Phone Development

Question

Looking at writing my first windows phone app.

I have VStudio 2010 and Expression4 installed, Expression seems to be more tailored to visual design however both support setting up phone apps. If I'm starting from scratch which one should I use and can you move say from expression to vstudio....
