Exception of type System.OutOfMemoryException was thrown in 1.1 asp.net

Question

we have an application in .Net frame work 1.1 , which is running excellent in the devalopment server . We are having the below issue when we browse the application in production server.

Exception of type System.OutOfMemoryException was thrown.

Please help us if any body know the solution for the same.
