cannot see page break preview

Question

In the same excel workbook I have certain sheets in which I cannot go to page break preview for them (it does not show up in the view menu). And other sheets which do show up page break preview in the view menu.

How can I view the page break preview for these sheets?

(using excel 2003 SP3)
