When publishing my light switch app to Azure I am getting "
"Deployment does not exist in the specified slot"

I don't think that's specific to the new version but a common deployment problem:
"Yes, I tried myself. You link the empty hosted service to LightSwitch through the deployment wizard as it is mentioned in the blog post linked above. I do not know how you got a Web role, but LightSwitch should create one for you inside the empty hosted service."
