How can i get the status of CCD Object?

I need the uploaded ccd object's status like reconciled or not. How can i Get that information?

Hi Forhad,

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible for an application to retrieve the reconcile status of a CCR or CCD file.

This is something we are looking into and will possibly add in a future release.

Is there any native object for CCD or CCR like Allergy or Medication.? If yes can you give me the name?

How can i show the Hospital Name for the CCD or CCR?
