Can EPS do sender to reciever simulation and path/Data loss
Can i do simulation from sender/transmitter that is base station and reciever that is another base station in Microsoft ESP. I havent used this tool yet. Will it be helpful for this?i have to check the data loss from sender to reciver for any Mobile station. Can i use any propagation model in ESP for this? And find the data transmitted and handover failure from sender/serving Base Station to target base station.In view of terrain also. Please help me. Also whats the latest version of te ESP. can i use it with VB.NET.
