When does my Bing Search API refill?

Question

I am using the Bing Search API in several baseball apps for Windows Phone.  I watch the number of queries and see that it is now down below 500 remaining for period.  But what is the period? 

The start date does not make sense to me, because I have upgraded to higher bands before and then downgraded during the off season.  The start date says Mar 2012, but I know that I went up tiers during the MLB season last year.  I dropped back to the free tier after the world series last year. Now the baseball season is ramping back up I want to make sure I don't run out of queries.

Is there anyway to tell when your account is going to be refilled?

Jason,

The Marketplace has recently added "Auto-refill" for paid, limited subscriptions. You can read more about auto-refill here http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff717656.aspx. If your subscription is limited (which it sounds like it is) and paid you can sign up for auto-refill and never have to worry about running out of queries/transactions.
