Bing Spanish news

Hope you all had a safe day!

I want to get Spanish news via Bing news rss feeds.

For a key word like "electricidad", if I set my preference to "US-Spanish" I can get Spanish news. However, if I set my preference to "US-English", even I enter a spanish word, I still get English news.

Is there any url parameter to ensure I can get Spanish news back if I enter "electricidad"? My application is written in Java, and I can't set Preference via code or can I?
