Answered Can't add New Relic service

    I'm trying to add the New Relic monitoring service through the Azure Store. However, in the subscription dropdown on the sign-up screen the subscription I want to monitor says: "<subscription name> (Not eligible for Store)".

    Can anyone tell me why this subscription would not be eligible and how I might make it so?

    Thanks for the reply. The problem isn't with New Relic though. I am able to install it just fine. The problem is with my subscription. It doesn't matter which Add-On I'm trying to install, when I go to select my subscription it says "Not eligible for Store".

    Any idea why that would be? My test subscription is selectable, just not my production subscription.

    Same here, when I try to add New Relic add-on it says: Could not purchase add-on NewRelic. Please try again later.

    Clicking on Details it simply says: Internal Server Error
