Can I buy subscriptions to datasets Windows Azure Marketplace in Russia?

I don't seem to be able to buy subscriptions to datasets in Windows Azure Marketplace.

Is it not possible for developers from Russia?

We currently do not support payment instruments from Russia. We are working to enable this in a near future.

Meanwhile, you can use the credit cards from other supported countries and/or contact Bing team for alternative payment ways.
