    I am seeing timeouts with the free tier account key. Definitely under the 5000 limit for the month.

    Any ideas why? I am using a ruby client and seeing timeouts after waiting for 10 seconds.

    Hi,

    We do not seem to be experiencing any issues with the API at the moment.

    In most cases, this is related to your networking infrastructure (proxy, gateways, latency of local ISP). Could you share any details and we will see how we can help?
