How and where to provide rest web service configuration to marketplace?

Question

When i publish my rest service, it tells "The web service configuration is provided outside the portal" and ask me to contact  [e-mail] . Anyone can tell me what infomation about the sevice i need to provide? I donot konw how to expose my service interface and where to describe the parameter and response metadata?

The response mapping part cannot be done on the publishing portal at this moment.

You need send a mail to [e-mail] and we will assign an engineer to assist you publish the web service offer.

Is there a sample of service conform to marketplace rest servcie standards such as helloworld service? I can read its source code and know how to implement my own service. I am still feel vague after reading the DataPublishingKit downloaded from marketplace website.
