Why does Video search not return results of term(s) queried for?

Question

I tried searching for "hurricane sandy" in the azure bing api search and I get Video results such as: (news search works better, but doesn't give the same results as the live bing search)

• Election 2012: Senate, House of Representative Races

• Election 2012: Barack Obama, Mitt Romney on Social Media

For the image searches they never changed over a 24 hour period, this is similar to the bing live site.

Why is the video not giving me search results I asked for and in the market I asked for? I tried this as lone video and as composite, same results are returned and I get a mix of different languages of random arabic and chinese. I set my market to en-us and made no difference.
