Microsoft Bing translator dont work on different computers

Question

just like the title says, the file.php with the example script of bing translator work when its on my computer but dont work on computers from another places with my id, does it have a security when using the id in another region?

We do not normally enforce such restrictions.

In most cases, we see such failures happen as a result of customer network infrastructure.

What error do you receive and how often do you call the service?
