Image search API - Terms of Use?

Hi there,

I cannot seem to find the terms of use related to Bing's Image search API.

I would like to embed the first image result on my web page. My service is commercial and I might choose to have ads on the site. Could you kindly help advise on this?

What happens if the Image search result returns a copyrighted image?

You can find the terms of use at https://datamarket.azure.com/dataset/bing/search#terms.

As far as your use of copyrighted material, images, videos, text, or other formats, Microsoft/Bing does not hold the copyright. Therefore, you must work out an agreement with the copyright holder before you can use copyrighted material on your site.
