Sorry if this is an easily answered question, but I haven't seen anything to indicate one way or another, which leads me to believe that it's not possible to filter results based on license.

The current ImageFilters doesn't support what you need. You're appreciated to submit your feature request:

Small in size
Medium in size
Large in size
Of the specified height in pixels, where
<Height> is an unsigned int value
Of the specified width in pixels, where
<Width> is an unsigned int value
That have standard aspect ratio
That have widescreen aspect ratio
That have tall aspect ratio
That are in color
That are black and white
That contain photos
That contain graphics or illustrations
That contain faces
That contain portraits (head and shoulders)
That are different from the other
