Bing Logo Question

Hi, 

If I want to use search API, did I need to show Bing logo at my website?

If I need to, what's the characteristic of the logo need to be appeared?

Thanks. I've read entire guidelines as linked by Max above. However I'm not sure about this thing yet.

I've ran custom search page with different design and search bar and only use Bing API to search the results. Is it possible if I just showing small 'powered by Bing' footer just like Yahoo?
