curating bing results (like so.cl)

Hi,

I'm wondering whether the way Microsoft's own so.cl uses the Bing API would comply with the API license.

I would like to create a similar content curation tool based on the Bing Search APIs, but am not sure whether this is allowed with the current license. Can we filter, reorder the webresults and show them next to other content?

As I know Microsoft has some cooperation with so.cl:

For the license problem which is beyond of what I can do and confirm. I suggest you contact Microsoft directly.
