You may be able to use the following tutorial, available in the TechNet Library, as a reference point: Tabular Modeling (Adventure Works Tutorial), Lesson 2: Add Data to help you with this.
If you are able to provide more detail regarding this requirement we should be able to assist you further e.g. What has been done so far with the Tabular model? Where is the table that you wish to load stored, etc?

I'm talking about lesson 3 (Rename Columns). This lesson tells you to manually go into each column and type the name in. I have 5 Dimensions with about 60 total columns (with the Friendly Names and Descriptions). I would like to load this meta data without re-typing.
If your goal is to automate the process of adding these tables and columns, you may be able to use AMO via PowerShell with Cmdlets to achieve this. There is a project on codeplex that may help:
Tabular AMO 2012:http://tabularamo2012.codeplex.com/
Tabular AMO 2012 Documentation: http://tabularamo2012.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Tabular%20AMO%20Setup%20and%20Execute&referringTitle=Documentation
Hope this helps.
