Error : Finding the document specification by message type "http://schemas.insight.biztalk/edi/d97a#EFACT_D97A_ORDRSP_CTIA" failed. Verify the schema deployed properly.

    Question

  • Hi,

I have added an EDIFACT schema and the assembly is building fine, but after I deploy the assembly, I am not able to view the deployed EDIFACT schema and when I send a test message, I get this error.

Finding the document specification by message type "http://schemas.insight.biztalk/edi/d97a#EFACT_D97A_ORDRSP_CTIA" failed. Verify the schema deployed properly.

Any ideas why this happens ?

    PLEASE HELP

    Thanks in advance

  • The Default Namespace for EDIFACT is: http://schemas.microsoft.com/BizTalk/EDI/Edifact/2006

It seems your EDIDisassembler is using a Namespace called: http://schemas.insight.biztalk/edi/d97a Which must have been set up in an Agreement? If you wish to use this Namespace, make sure that you also change the TargetNamespace on the Schema.

  • Hi,

What is the Build Action on this schema in your project in VS?

It should be set to BtsCompile.
